We offer a try on service for customers in Mount Gambier and surrounding areas. Our opening hours in store are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30m to 6:30pm. Saturday 9:00am to 10:30am or by appointment only. 

INTERSTATE

Envy Attire Hire express posts garments Australia wide. Please email envyattirehire@outlook.com for anymore information on this service. 

A return satchel is included in your postage cost so you can pop the garment into a marked Australia Post Express Post Box after your hire. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long is my hire period? 

You can rent a dress for four days at a time, please take into consideration delivery times. If you require an extended hire period please email envyattirehire@outlook.com or message our Facebook page to make other arrangements. 

When do I pay for the dress? 

All payments must be made at the time of booking. If your hire has not been paid for, your booking has not been confirmed. 

When do I return the dress? 

All interstate hires MUST be placed into an Australia Post Express Post Box on the Monday after your hire date. 

Local hires MUST be returned on the Monday after your hire date between opening hours 5:00pm to 6:30pm. 

If your item is not returned in time, you will be charged a $20 late fee per day until it is returned. 

Do I get it dry cleaned? 

No, dry cleaning is included in the hire fee. 

What if the dress is damaged? 

If a garment is damaged in any way that requires alteration you will be required to pay for damages. If a garment is deemed unwearable after your hire by Envy Attire Hire you will be required to pay the business the recommended retail price of the garment to purchase a replacement. 

How do I track my order? 
Once your dress has been posted you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track your dress on the Australia Post website.
